Review highlights
Based on 4,894 reviewsGoiko - Maria Molina Gluten Free is widely appreciated for its consistently good food quality and attentive service, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. Customers frequently highlight the well-prepared burgers, with particular praise for specialty options like the Kevin Bacon and plant-based varieties, though the limited pork-free selection is occasionally noted. Service is often described as friendly and efficient, with staff making an effort to accommodate guests comfortably, even non-Spanish speakers. While some patrons mention minor issues such as temperature inconsistencies with fries or the need to dress warmly indoors, the flavorful menu and enjoyable ambiance generally outweigh these concerns. The restaurant’s inviting environment and balanced combination of food quality and service make it a popular choice for both locals and visitors seeking quality gluten-free hamburger options in Madrid.
Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Notes: I really like this restaurant, I felt good when ordering because the staff makes me feel comfortable. At the end of the day the quality of service is just as important as the quality of the food. I was a bit bummed out to see that out of the 12 burgers, only 8 had pork in them & 3 were plant based. So that leave me to have the Chipotle. I mean I did order the Kevin Bacon (with no bacon) but I did feel like it was missing something. What im trying to say is I don’t like removing items from the menu but at the same time I cannot have bacon / pulled pork. So it’s hard for me to recommend this to someone who doesn’t eat pork
I totally recommend this place! Food is amazing, service is at top and fast! Tequeños and Kevin bacon burger was the best! I hope soon this franchise will be around all Spain to enjoy it in every trip!
Burgers are OK. The fries were OK(delivered cold, but remade and then they were hot and fine). The best menu item is the frozen margarita, made to perfection. Service was very fast and friendly. Bring a sweater to stay warm, they have cold air conditioning!
Fantastic food! I had the spicy chicken (Chicken Candela) burger and everything was just perfectly cooked. The staff was very nice and helpful even though I didn’t speak Spanish. They had even recovered my hat which I forgot there when leaving Will definitely come back if I am in the area!
Our final meal in Madrid was not typical Spanish. It was here at Goiko and let me tell you, it was one of the best meals I had. I ordered the Kevin Bacon which had bacon bits, crunchy onions and American Cheese. This was amazing, the only downside to this burger was it was a tad bit salty. I got the nomal fries while my friend got the potato wedges, we both agreed the normal fries were much better. He also got the La Kiki which he enjoyed, there was a TON of cheese but I think that was a positive. I liked how they gave lots of sauce packets of mayo, mustard and ketchup. I also really liked their barbeque sauce, great to dip the burger in. Service and employees were great as well.
Omg! Such a amazing burger! We tried the tequeñon. Absolutely in love with it. Its massive and delicious! The staff were so friendly and smiling all the time. We highly recommend this place!
